The staff is very friendly and pleasant

Perfect place, good property, nice hospitality

Our order was upgraded to a large one, I thought it would be better, but it turned out the lobby was very noisy with the sound of the blower from the hotel next door, there weren't many food choices, for Indonesians, the room was quite old, the only win was the location, if you like the beach, it's noisy

Location was spot on, short walking distance to beach, shops, mall, restaurants and bars. Unfortunately the pillow in the bedroom wasn't comfortable at all, got bad 3 nights sleep, somehow the pillow isn't that soft (quite hard) in my opinion. Breakfast was variety although I miss bacon and more local sweets, staff were very friendly and did their best to accommodate us. Housekeeping did their best to clean the room too, always came back to clean roo after a full day activity is really something plus. Humidity in the room is quite high, maybe something with the airco? My clothes were quite damp. Overall stay is good.

Very strategic location, comfortable hotel, cool swimming pool

Be prepared with constant noise until late at night. Motor exhaust noise, fireworks, some late night music blaring from neighboring cafe. The soundproofing of the room is really bad. People walking and chatting on the hallway can be heard from inside of the room.

The check-in process was very slow, but the hotel staff kindly upgraded our room. The cleanliness of the room was lacking, with dust and dirt still visible in some corners of the room and bathroom. Overall, breakfast was okay.

The room was dirty, lots of dust and small insects on the bed and pillows, the floor was dusty too. Noisy at night, not suitable for bringing children The place is okay because it is close to beachwalk and the surrounding area is busy. In front of the beach and close to many mini markets. Next to Starbucks and around there are many food sellers The staff entered the room when we were having breakfast even though they had not been asked to clean the room.

The staff are very friendly and all are very helpful, the view is also opposite Kuta, just walk to the right and left, there are many mini markets

Hotel access and facilities are good.

It so happened that there was a wedding at Mercure. To Kuta Beach, just cross the road and it's in front of the hotel.

All the staff are friendly, right down to the security.
