To be honest, I booked this hotel because it was very close to my destination. The location was quite strategic, and for the price of around 300 rupiah with breakfast, I thought it was okay. However, I've never given a hotel a 1-star rating before. But this was quite a turn-off, and I've never encountered this in any other hotel.
1. I arrived at the hotel at 1:45 PM and wanted to check in. Because there were already a lot of people waiting at the front desk, it turned out my turn wasn't available until 2:00 PM, but the person in front of me was. But that was okay, since hotel check-in is usually at 2:00 PM, so I waited. When I checked in at 2:00 PM, I still had to wait. The hotel was busy, and there was only one receptionist, and she seemed overwhelmed by the situation.
2. When I finally checked in, I entered the room, which hadn't been cleaned at all by the previous guest. You can check the condition yourself in the attached photo.
3. This morning, I woke up to someone repairing my back room. It was so loud that my walls shook, and it lasted for quite a while, over 30 minutes.
4. Parking is limited, so we had help from valet parking. But again, there was only one attendant, so he was overwhelmed. It was a shame.
Other than that, it's okay. Hopefully, this will be a consideration for future improvements. ☺️
