The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful.

Front desk staff were very professional and helpful during check-in and when I extended my stay. Also, lobby staff like the doorman and security assisted all the time with directions and some local advice on where to get certain foods. I had an enjoyable stay.

It's been a long time since I stayed here and I was really happy to get the welcome amenities, the staff were also friendly, when I was there the hotel was really busy, I wanted to swim, the jacuzzi and gym were busy, when I checked out it was also busy, the room's AC was really cold, it would be even better if the TV was a smart TV and the bathroom had conditioner and body lotion

Hotel is nice. Bedroom is clean n comfort. Bathroom is clean, there is separate bathroom n toilet. There is bathroom n sandals. Breakfast is good. But i suggest maybe to add puding orice cream for dessert. Overall it is nice to stay in this hotel.

The building seems old, the telephone in the room doesn't work so it's very difficult to call the staff for help. There's a lot of dust and for a Mercure class, it doesn't have a smart TV.

All the hotel staff are very friendly, especially in the restaurant. In the morning, they often make coffee and herbal drinks for breakfast, great.
