All great.

The overall place was good. The reception team and the restaurant / bar team were very helpful however in the restaurant for breakfast they sometimes could not keep up with the demand…eg set places, the orange juicers was out of oranges on numerous occasions . The biggest issue was the fact that the majority of the time the food was lukewarm … if that… and NEVER hot. This was pointed out to the team and they indicated it had been raised before! We spoke to the manager and to be fair they reacted and it did improve that day… but sadly was not consistent. Finally, the bar was advertised as being open until 1am during winter. However it was not and closed at 11pm!!

Staff excellent. Clean. Close to shops and ski lift. Typical mountain Hotel. Food buffet was good to. Good value for money Hotel. If you had any problems itvwould be dealt with straight away.

This is a good clean place in a good location in town. Staff very friendly and helpful. WiFi was poor from our room on top floor. Should be an easy fix with a cheap booster! So why doesn't the hotel but a duty free one from across the street!? Main problem we had was finding anywhere in town that was serving food in the evening. So many duty free shops but you can't eat!

Had a great stay at this hotel. Close to everything. Rooms nice size. Cleaner in everyday. Nice and clean.

The hotel was very good for the money. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bar area was nice and the staff were lovely. The free wifi was also very good. The only thing i would say as a negative was that the rooms are quite cramped. For a ski holiday for 4 people getting ready with all of our equipment was a bit of a struggle, but other than that it was very good.

Hotel room was ok for the night. Good lockers for the ski equipement and a nice bathroom. Very Central

Check in was not good. Site wrote there's spa access but when we were there, it was close. Check in time at 10pm but didn't write in the site

Great little hotel, friends staff and far enough away from all ththe bars to get a good night sleep

Mad Place!!!! Loved it!!!

Hotel is located 1 min walk from the bus stop where you can take the bus to other parts of Andorra or to Toulouse. Vast array of shops are nearby. Soundproofing works well.
