For the price this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in at this price point. They evidently listened to some previous reviews and doubled down on cleaning and neatness. The staff are very friendly and courteous. The lobby and simple restaurant are very clean, and were decorated for the upcoming holiday. 10/10 would stay again.

The hotel is clearly old and does not look spiffy. However, it is very clean, the staff are super friendly, and the breakfast is outstanding. We have been staying there once a year for about six years. Nicer staff and much nicer breakfast than at the Toyoko Inn. Larger rooms than at the APA hotel. By far the best price performance ratio in town.

The bed was outdated but all else was great

The hotel is old and the rooms are a bit worn out. However, the place is very clean, the staff are extremely friendly, and the breakfast is outstanding. This has been the second year in a row we stayed at this hotel and we would go again. The price performance ratio for this hotel is very good.

Great budget hotel near nightlife. They only had smoking rooms left but honestly wouldn't have known the difference.

建物や部屋には古さがありましたが、清掃が綺麗にされていたので気になりませんでした。 コーヒーなどのドリンクバーと自転車の貸し出しが非常に嬉しかったです。 朝の朝食も値段よりも価値のあるものだと思いました。

電話対応は非常によろしかったです。

今まで3回泊まったことある。合計3泊。 良かった点は、商店街からとても近い、駐車場がある、安い。スタッフの対応も良かった。 一方、壁やドアが薄くて防音できていない。 寝るために耳栓が必要だった。 そして、今回泊まった時に、ルームライトが切れていて、部屋の鏡に指紋などの汚れがたくさんありました。 今度宮崎市へ行ったら、別のホテルを探します。

禁煙の部屋を予約したのに、入った瞬間、強烈なタバコ臭！ 禁煙の部屋をしていていなかったのかな⁈と思ったけど、禁煙でした。 部屋の温度は、快適でした。 大体のホテルの空調温度が合わなくて、夜中に目が覚めるのですが、快適に眠れました。 繁華街にも近くて便利だったので、タバコ臭以外、良いホテルでした。 コーヒーが、インスタントでなく、フィルタータイプだと嬉しいかな。

フロントでのコーヒーやコーンポタージュのサービスなど、アメニティも充実していて非常に好印象。 また、1Fに喫煙ルームも完備してて好印象。 一点は点在するラブホテルが有るため、少しだけ気になりました。
