My Points

I just wished there had been a bidet in the bathroom and that there had been a sort of division on the floor between the shower area and the toilet. Other than that, I had a pleasant experience.

Poor facilities, no hot shower freezing cold. Customer services unsatisfactory.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is near the city park, church and seaside
