I came at 4.30 because I was 2 adults 2 children (ber4) even though my children were still told to add an extra bed for 100 thousand. Because the price of the room per night was 200 thousand, I still contacted my mother, whose location was a little close to the hotel so that I stayed at the oasis because my mother could not be contacted until 5 o'clock. at 5. So hurry up and an extra bed was issued even though I haven't dealt with the extra bed yet. Eh, after a few minutes I was able to call my mother, finally I added rooms. But the waiter said all rooms had been locked, he said, everything was closed even though it was not yet 10 minutes. Is that kind of service. After the debate, the room can be opened because it is not yet 10 minutes and the nightly fee is requested in advance. Made kw crossed 200rb / mlm. He said he was tired of work from the morning, and it was a pity if his friend went to the hotel again and again, so if someone booked the night it was not accepted. Because I feel sorry for my friends, not sorry for the costomer. I am on vacation from Monday in Bedugul in CLV which is friendly with service until it reaches Singaraja Oasis on Thursday so you know which one is more tired. Finally I want to relax until the hotel becomes emotional. Hotels that are more expensive are not like this. For those who have a hotel, just add their services so that they are lobbied and there are those who keep their names on the road, they don't know the traffic jams are not certain. Honestly the hotel is clean but there are still many hotels that are more welcome. And I promise not to come back again. Many hotels that pay in that place I paid at the end.

Pada saar datang hotel terkunci dan harus menunggu penjaga datang. Kamar bersih, handuk bersih, tempat tidur bersih. AC kurang dingin namun terbantu kipas angin di langit-langit, TV tidak ada channel. Saya sudah pesan lewat yang situs untuk late check-out tapi tidak di terima pihak hotel dan kena biaya lebih untuk tambahan waktu untuk check-out. Padahal hanya 1 jam telat kena tambahan 100 ribu.

Spacious bedroom, there is a kitchen. There is a swimming pool. Near to Lovina beach. Near to funtasticland krisna. It's OK Missing car park.

Arriving at the location at 12 pm and the villa door was locked, I contacted the villa manager and I was scolded for coming late and he said that he needed a rest, whereas I was traveling from Jakarta so I could not predict the conditions on the road, even though at 8 pm I contacted numbers that are on the site but no one answers. The villa is quite good but unfortunately the AC is not cold, and the bed is made of wood so it always sounds when the body moves.

Spacious room, very clean place, near Lovina beach, only 5 minutes.
