The first night we were set on a room right next to the DJ . So it was so loud we couldn’t sleep until like midnight . The. They were kind enough for the next day to put us in another room . However the bedsheets were so dirty that we couldn’t go to bed until they came back to change them at 11pm . They gave us a bottle of wine for the issue , that was nice but I really didn’t expect this from this price of hotel .

Very nice modern hotel, can find any faults but I wouldn’t expect any for the price they charge. Sometimes the English language skill was a problem but was able to find a way round this.

Check in/check out was amazing - the staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and we had a fabulous view of the ocean. The pools were clean and looked just like the photos. The Chinese restaurant was our favourite during our whole Sanya trip. The food was so flavourful and fresh.

Beautifully designed hotel in a quiet spot at the end of Dadonghai Bay.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food in the local restaurant was great with many western and Chinese options. The hotel was close to the local because and many places to eat. The hotel property was spacious and beautiful. They had three pools that were beautiful and clean.

This resort was absolutely beautiful and deserves the 5 star rating. Though most employees spoke Mandarin only, I was able to get by. The amenities were great as well as the food and services. My room smelled a bit like smoke - that was my only complaint as the concierge did not ask me whether I preferred a non-smoking room or a smoking room. The views were amazing from my 18th floor room of the JW Mariott hotel across the way and the ocean to the left of Dadonghai. The actual beach was just a five minute walk from the hotel and water sports were plenty on that beach.

The room and bathroom was nice. The ocean view we paid for was not that great, could have been due to us being put in a corner room farthest from the ocean, I believe they should advertise it as a 'partial ocean view' instead. Food was fine. Not that many choices, it was difficult communicating with room service as they only speak chinese.

The air con is not cold enough and maybe the room too big and outside too hot.

Room and services were excellent. The shower room had a big rain shower head, the flow of the water was fine and the pressure was great. Everything was perfect. The only minus point, if you are staying for more than 2 nights and having breakfast there, it may be bored and no much changes to the food.

The hotel is a bit secluded but it is good since the property is quiet. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. I was pretty pleased about the property everything is really beautiful and well keep. The food is also delicious. A bit expensive but i really loved it. The food the buffet is average but the have some western options which are OK. The bad: Unless you speak Chinese you are pretty much out of luck. The staff English is almost non-existent. The check in was slow, money exchange was slow too. Three people at the counter all of them busy with the same guest. Ordering room service is also a hassle. I would say it is not an English friendly property. Worth to mention that they have Russian speaking staff so maybe this property is good for Russian speaking people too. PS. Always book the rooms facing the sea. The view is totally worth it. Room 716 has an amazing view.

Great (new) hotel, fantastic service from the staff. Even with language issues they really try hard...and always smiling! Really nice rooms, awesome view to the sea, 4(!) swimming pools, good restaurants with nice breakfast buffet. Would come back! PS. Only drawback is extremely slow WIFI! Not good enough.

Nice hotel and staffs are very friendly. The view is fantastic. Love it. Will definitely come back next time

If you enjoy new and cutting edge design, this is the place to stay. Food to out of this world for selection and presentation. A must stay. I cant wait to go back.

季節がとてもよく、ルーフトッププールは大人がくつろぐにはとても良いロケーションですごく気に入り、滞在中のほとんどをプールで過ごしていました。

有免費車去鹿回頭、大東海灘和免稅城。如唔去，酒店亦都有多個泳池游水同埋有緩跑徑跑步，或者喺個酒店裏面望住個海灘Hea都可以，裏便啲餐廳啲食物質素都唔差，如果去第一海鮮市場，call車方便都係10分鐘之內，下次都會入住。

Beatiful location. Very nice view. Most of the staff was very nice. Eventhough most of them didn't speak english, they were carrying the device to translate. Good food. Just inform properly about amount of spicy. Very good breakfast, several options. Western and asian style.
