Location is excellent! Clean comfortable rooms

El Hotel es muy bonito, esta en una area de muy facil acceso a todas las actividades históricas. En cuanto al personal del hotel, fueron increibles, super amables, siempre con una sonrisa para el cliente.

I bought breakfast in advance however I didn't know that breakfast was from 8 to 11 am. They said that I can order my breakfast in the evening and it will be ready at any time I want. At 5:30 am the tables was served and I had my breakfast earlier.

It's nice and clean Hotel, with amazing location to Red Square.

The location is great, but what impressed me most was the staff and she service - the best i have ever experienced. Very polite, kind, knowledgeable. I would like to mention DENIS from the restaurant, who treated me with such kindness that I shall never forget. It was a wonderful experience. He always made my day . Thank you, Denis, thank you all girls and guys at the hotel for the world class services!!!

the premises is located in hushed environment but only walking distance to the Red Square and Kremlin

The photos of the hotel in your website is completely misleading. It’s no way near 5-star!! Service was excellent though.

Short stay of 2 days. Location easy walking distance to Ref Square. Bit of a walk in the other direction for convenience stores. Found the room very cozy, clean and welcoming. Only suggestion would be the addition of a shower curtain.

Advertised as a 5 star nearer a 3 star. Tried to charge me twice fir my rooms. Over priced. Very average hotel. Only ting going for it is the location.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location. Staff were friendly and efficient. Food in restaurant was very good.

The hotel provided good service and was in a great position. However, the wifi was slow in the rooms and it was disturbing that the fire stairs was used as a storage location and as the cleaners cupboard on all floors.

Oksana and Nastia are fantastic. Dining staff fantastic. Location fantastic. Just landed back in NYC and wish I was back there. Thanks for everything.

Liked the location Had to check out early, so they made sure we had breakfast, thet was very nice!
