Hotel is a small, well designed, minimalist and modern; as described by other reviewers but what we distinguishes this hotel from other small hotels we’ve stayed in is the staff. Teresa, Pablo and Esti can’t be more gracious, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their region including restaurant recommendations, booking our return trip to Bilbao on the bus and providing information for the local train to Donostia (San Sebastian) and France for day trips. The hotel itself is conveniently located 3-5 minutes by foot to the “old center” and the golden sand beach. Can’t believe what a difference 3 friendly, welcoming hosts can transform one’s hotel experience in a new place.

Convenient location, short distance from train station. Shops and restaurants all around. Beach is a short walk too. More importantly, very friendly owner and staff.

This hotel is very small but very comfortable. The staff is very friendly but professional, and super helpful. I stayed here for 8 days and the room was cleaned every day while we were out and about. Very close to the town center and restaurants. I will be recommending this hotel to my friends and family when they come to visit!

Amazing!

Minimal but well designed hotel - everything you need is here. Pablo was super friendly and fun to chat with about local culture and tips. Next time we will plan for a surfing lesson. Gorgeous beach and environment. We hope to come back.

Very friendly, welcoming staff, especially Paulo. He made us so welcome, showed us all the facilities in the room, gave us excellent dining and recreational recommendations, and parked our car for us! Comfortable, clean room. Good wifi. Fabulous location for sightseeing, cliff-walking, bars & restaurants and the beach!

The staff was wonderful and so helpful throughout my stay. The room was very nice and clean and I loved the sky window! My partner and I appreciated how easy it was to walk to everything from the hotel. We absolutely would stay here again when we’re back in Zarautz!

I only wished we had a mini fridge and microwave, but the hosts were very helpful and accommodating

Super friendly hotel done in a modern style, not speaking Spanish is not an issue, super friendly team at this hotel that helped me with everything needed. Very close to town center, restaurants, bars and the beach ! Less then 5 mins walk for everything. Thanks for the great stay.

All was great BUT it is ,on arrival, impossible to access by car.Very frustrating Great location

Very friendly staff and great coffee area during most of the day. Rooms were clean and nice but very very loud. We did not mind as much but when cleaning staff was around in the morning you were unlikely to be able to sleep.
