Our "room" turned out to be a stand-alone rustic cabin in the woods - a nice surprise. It was clean and functional. Very quiet and peaceful setting. Pleasant staff and good breakfast. Got a chance to chat with the owner while checking out. Overall a pleasant experience, highly recommend.

The place was beautiful and the staff couldn’t be nicer and more welcoming. We had dinner there and it was one of the best, if not the best, meal we had in our 10 days in Iceland. Breakfast was included and was great! The room itself was beautiful and comfortable until the evening when we wanted some air in the room during a warm night. There were so many bugs that overtook the room leaving us with the choice of being uncomfortably warm or eaten alive by little tiny gnat-like bugs. Otherwise this place was an absolute paradise.

The room was very clean, spacious and well lit with comfortable beds, two chairs and a long table with kettle and complimentary tea and coffee. Staff was very helpful and the hot tub most relaxing. Our complimentary breakfast was amazing for taste, variety and abundance!

Clean and cosy rooms. Two hot tubs outside to soak in. Nice dining room. Dinner menu looked good but chef was on holiday when we were there so no dinner available. Lots of restaurants nearby so not an issue. Breakfast buffet was very good

We had a wonderful overnight stay here. The cabin was really lovely - cosy and warm, with all the facilities you could want. The evening meal was very good, and everyone working there was incredibly friendly and helpful - thanks so much to you all. It was great to meet the gorgeous dog too!

Breakfast was great! I wouldn't recommend staying in one of the "cabins". Bathroom was too small to turn around in and the water was undrinkable. We haven't had that problem anywhere else with tap water in iceland. Went to the main hotel bathroom and filled my cup and it was fine.

Beautiful forested site with on-site restaurant and really attentive staff. Spacious room with private patio. The property is very close to an airport and restaurants in town.

Shower curtain was useless and shower leaked all over the floor and the hot water smelled awful. Room was very small but clean.

So so so so so perfect. The cottage was incredible, cozy. Yummy breakfast too. Everything that I needed.

We got a cabin room. Not the cleanest and there is a sulfur smell in the water. Location is nice.

Comfy bungalow. Nice breakfast.

Cabin was an aged but comfortable. Bathroom small but private. Hot water was came out extremely hot and had slight sulfur smell, but pretty unique experience to be using thermally heated water for the first time. The staff was helpful but had stretched thin with large tour groups. The dinner was very good and reasonably priced, as was the hotel.

Very welcoming staff. Hot tub wonderful. Breakfast was great and bountiful. Great night of northern lights.

Nice rural property. A short drive to the town. Our 2 single bed room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The front reception employee was not very friendly.
