The size of our room was excellent. The bath was a great size, but it would have been nice if the jacuzzi feature worked. Nonetheless, the kids loved it for keeping cool during the hottest days of the year, so far. Air conditioning, or a fan would have been good, but for the price we paid we can't complain. Having a fridge and microwave in the room was very useful, but only 2 plates and cutlery when we'd booked the room for 4 of us, (2 adults and 2 children), seemed like an oversight. All in all, pretty good value for money.

The room was spotless, the staff were very friendly and helpful, very happy with stay close to town so very convenient.

Awful no pillows not enough beds windows that didn't close no WiFi no working tv or kettle I have sent complaint t to the hotel and have got ignored

We stayed for one night, it was free parking and a pretty basic room. Their was a full size bath in the room which was nice. Would stay again if in the area.

This hotel is terrible Shower did not work Tv did not work properly WiFi did not work Room was clean except for the turd in the toilet When i reported it the lady on reception was very curt with me Offered me another room but I've stayed here before rooms seam to be the same not the best hotel Won't be staying there again No breakfast included

i always have a great stay, the rooms are clean and have all the facilities i need, staff are great and good pubs and restaurants nearby, also have good free parking.

Basic. A challenge to change my booking (with the gentleman on reception particularly unhelpful…. On more than one occasion!) Sadly no incentive to stay again.

Super friendly and helpful staff more than make up for any shortcomings at this place. Personally I found the wonkiness of the building rather endearing and there was plenty of free parking. No food at the hotel but a selection of options delivered through Deliveroo and other apps and cutlery and plates provided in each room. Decor is a bit dated but there are hot showers and beds are comfortable.

A decent walk away from the town centre, this was ideal for a quick overnight stay. Hotel very dated and at night we got back to find security trying to keep trouble makers out the car park. However, we got a random unexpected upgrade into a suite which was exciting. Loved the double spa bath. Not bad for what we paid.
