The property was immaculate. The pool area was beautifully maintained and the restaurant was very nice! The food was delicious and all the staff was very accommodating. The all woke English and Spanish from our interactions. We will definitely stay there again!

Very clean rooms, AC in working condition. Safe deposit box. Very good house keeping/daily! Highly recommend.

There was a moldy film on the lower portion of the shower door. Most of the caulking is gone.

Estuve en el hotel el año antes de la pandemia y luego la semana recién pasada.Me causó buena impresión la buena condición en que se encuentra el hotel; a pesar del cierre de la Mina de Cobre que devastó la economía local. Si vienes a Penonomé hospedate en este hotel!

Great stay

Bed and hot water. Nothing fancy. Typical Hotels/Expedia room offered. Not the greatest room choice (near exterior hallway door and a view of wall next door) Hand towel and cup in bathroom would have helped.

Hotel is in a fantastic location right off the main highway. There’s various options for food and 2 supermarkets all walking distance. It’s easy to get a taxi or a mini bus to take you around Penonome. Taxi fee is around $1.65 and mini bus is around .35 cents. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would recommend it.

The staff were so friendly. We arrived a little early and they were able to get us into our room very fast even though we didn’t ask. They had great service in the restaurant as well. The breakfast was tasty. It’s also very close to some local shops and a casino. The pool was big and very well maintained. The rooms were clean and ours had a nice covered sitting area where we sat outside and watched the rain. We would stay here again!

El hotel se encuentra en el centro de Penonome y la habitación estaba limpia, el aire acondicionado en perfecta condiciones, el restaurante tiene desayunos típicos con una relación cantidad precio muy buena, tiene cerca supermercado, restaurantes y tiendas a unos metros.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is clean and well taken care of. The room was clean, had working air-conditioning and hot water. The restaurant on site has a good offering of food for breakfast as well as dinner.

This is a lovely hotel. The pool is wonderful, the rooms are good, the food is excellent and the staff our outstanding. It's a real treat. It's also close to everything. I highly recommend it for your stay in Penonome.
