Excellent customer service and my room was very nice

Clean room, hot water, restaurant on site, and friendly staff.

More accessible outlets and better lighting in the bedroom.

Staff is very nice and pool is great.

Room was quiet, staff very friendly, good location, good food at restaurant, nice pool. I would stay here again.

The room was great and the staff was very good. The hallway door was loud as we were next to the door and people coming and going we could hear.

No free breakfast.i went outside of hotel for breafast

Straight forward simlw room, not fancy, basic snd everything worked.

it was great , loved the matress :)) the pool was nice need to upgrade the pool or repair the tiles, but it was overall very clean

We were there 1 night and the place was pretty empty and they put us in a room 3 buildings away from the pool. So went back to inquire about getting something closer and there was a $5.50 charge to upgrade. So when I asked she said those were the rooms that Hotels.com reserve. There was no glasses/ice bucket or coffee maker. Just 2 beds and 2 towels and a TV. So moved to the pool and it was exactly the same just close to the pool. The bed was comfortable enough and breakfast which is not included was good for the modest price.

The restaurant was good

A decent hotel with a pool. Be sure to ask for a patio or access to pool from your room. The interior room was dreary and bare bones. Second room better. Staff at desk speak English. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Friendly staff, beautiful gardens and pool… room furnishings sparse, shower door not closing properly. Best in Penenome, near bus stop and restaurants. We will stay again!

For what it is, its fine. Would stay if i needed to be in this area.
