very upscale, nice breakfast and dinner , excellent spa and amenities

This was one of my favorite hotels during our whole stay in Italy. The staff are SO kind and friendly. The room was like an apartment not just a room. The views are breathtaking. Breakfast was wonderful. So many options and all healthy and satisfying. We added on the dinner that was several courses and were very happy with the food and service. The facilities are top notch. We got massages and sat in the sauna, laid out by the pool on the rooftop. It’s so different and such a fun experience. I would come back here again and again! Highly recommended!

Great stay if you prefer being away from the busy town of Ortesei but still a close 15 min drive. Highlight definitely the dinner thats included, menu changes each night and breakfast is also excellent.

Wonderful Hotel with great location, great breakfast and excellent Restaurants!

Loved our stayed at Hotel Lamm. The dinner option was phenomenal. Every meal tasted fantastic. Rooms are clean and modern. Cleaning staff forgot to replace our towels on the last night, but other than that everything was great. Also a great location for our hikes, as we had a car.

We were treated with a friendly welcome that never ended during our short four night stay. The hotel is conveniently located near several grocery stores, a drug store, and many restaurants. We enjoyed the free use of a backpack and tote bag.

Wonderful hotel. Delicious food, impeccable service and great amenities

This place is a dream. Scenery, service, amenities all top notch. We absolutely loved it.

It’s a simple hotel but the friendly staff and high touch breakfast and dinner will win you over. The staff really go out of their way to make it feel like home and the meals are made with care and at a very high gourmet level. The hotel is also very clean. Certain rooms and roof top spa has a fantastic view of the mountain peaks. For all these wonderful and charming amenity and services you receive, the hotel rate is of great value. We will definitely go back.

The most thoughtfully designed hotel I’ve ever seen, with a quiet, intimate feeling.

Great location in the middle of town with access to loads of walking/hiking trails that have some spectacular views. The roof top pool and spa area was the highlight. We'll definitely go back.

Excellent all around

We had an amazing stay! Considering we got a super upgrade our room was huge and we felt super comfy.

Stayed one night on our way from venice to Lake como. Nice, English-speaking welcome with a free projector as well. Room was ok but I think the heat was stuck on and it was very warm. Tried to keep a room open but noise from street below did not allow I did not complain to the front desk so I don't fault them for not knowing. We ate in the restaurant and found the waiter to be very helpful. The food was surprisingly good and fair priced.

Very traditional hotel with beautiful and historic surroundings. Nice eating/ sitting space in the room and balcony looking out onto the mountains. Roomy bathroom and robe and slippers provided. We only stayed overnight but were impressed with the hotel and the area. The parking situation was less than ideal though. We were told to park in a parking area that was for half hour during the week and unlimited on the weekend which worked fine for our sat/ sun stay but i don't know what parking would be available during the week. The night clerk was one of the most kind I have met in any off the many hotels I've stayed in.

Everything was excellent. The only problem was that there was no AC. We were not too hot if we left the large doors to our patio open, but then there was some disturbance from the sound of traffic (which seemed to echo off the hillsides). Also, our mini fridge was out of order. Otherwise, we found every aspect of the hotel extremely pleasant. It was elegant, comfortable, had a great breakfast (included), and the staff was wonderful. The location could not be beat. We had an awesome patio with a view of the mountains and sunset. Our room, made of all wood, had a modern, sleek charm. The sauna/spa was a lovely surprise that I hadn't noted while booking. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.
