Great.. I will repeat staying here again.

overall good except the room space & room theme (feels like haunted room)

Check-in was easy. There was free drinking water. Unfortunately, there wasn't complimentary tea and coffee. You could leave food in the hotel fridge, as there isn't one in the room. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

The staff service is very friendly and there are many places to eat around, especially the Yuehong restaurant which has delicious home cooking.

The hotel is very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is close to culinary spots.

The shower in the bathroom is small, so it's a bit difficult to wash your hair. And the room's soundproofing is a bit lacking, and there are no windows......so far worth the money, the location around there are lots of night snacks....recommended.

Every time I go to Penang, I think I'll stay here. For a cheap price, you can get a comfortable room with an en suite bathroom. The rates I got yesterday usually involve sharing a bathroom. Ironing is also convenient, as they're available on the third floor. I had a problem with the door not locking, but the locksmith fixed it right away, hehe. The service was super fast 🫰🏼

I can't rate the food because I didn't buy food at the hotel, the service team was very good, my wife wanted to buy a coffee sachet but was given it for free. Overall it was very pleasant to stay there. Because this is the second time I have stayed there

One of the best places to stay in Penang.., the atmosphere is comfortable, the staff is friendly. Have stayed here several times for almost 3 weeks in Penang after previously moving hotels several times. Finally, this is the place I decided to stay for 7 days 6 nights. Two thumbs up.., thanks for the service & pleasure. Next time will definitely come back here again.

Added 1 more night after previously staying for 5 days 4 nights in a family room with 2 double beds for 3 people. This time in a triple room with the same comfort as the previous room but this time a refrigerator is available. The service and friendliness of the staff & owner deserve two thumbs up. Making guests feel at home. Next time if you go to Penang again, it will definitely be your main choice to stay. Continued success for Mii Smile Hotel. The Best Place to Stay !!!

Nice Place to stay. Felt like home. Took 5 days 4 nights 1 family room 2 double beds for 3 people. The atmosphere is like being at home. The staff & owner are very friendly and very helpful. What was asked was always given an informative answer. Finally decided to extend 1 more night in a triple room for 3 people. A highly recommended place if you want to spend the night in Penang especially in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city. Two Thumbs Up for Mii Smile Hotel.

Fun, easy to find food.

I took a family room, the room was small but the cleanliness was ok, there were lots of pillows and the mattress was comfortable. The staff was very helpful when I wanted to check out in the morning, the officer went upstairs and helped me unload my suitcases without me asking. Next time I go to Penang, I will stay at Smile Hotel again
