Simple budget room for a 1-night stay is okay. Shower water pressure is okay. The window is single-glazed, so road noise is maximum because my room faced the main road. The TV only has 1 channel and cannot be switched. The bedroom had a baby cockroach strolling past the dustbin area. The aircon is cold and working fine. BYO dental kit as it's not provided. 2 bottles of drinking water 👍

The room smelled musty, the family suite had no refrigerator or kettle, the space was cramped, and the TV couldn't be turned on. A bad experience.

For this category of hotel, it's worth it with a soft mattress and 4 pillows provided. The cleanliness of the room is also very good. If I come just to sleep, I will return to this hotel since its location is also strategic and easy to find. It's just a pity that the common area is not lively even though the ID looks attractive. The lights and air conditioning are turned off, maybe to save money since there are not many guests. Otherwise, this hotel would be a hotel suitable for work and solo travelers. But for now, it's quite quiet and dark so it's more suitable to come with friends.

Please have a mirror and hair dryer in the room. You have to use the mirror in the bathroom.

The hotel location is quite good, but the cleanliness is not satisfactory, when you enter the hotel near the lobby, it smells musty, like a wet carpet. The room also smells musty. I love the beautiful hotel but the management is not satisfactory. I give it 6/10, hopefully the management can do something.

Stayed here for a short stay, one night only. It was smooth from check-in until check-out. Staff was friendly and kind. There is a deposit of RM100 (refundable) during check-in to ensure no smoking is done inside the room. The parking was easy in front of the hotel, but you need to pay for flexiparking during working hours. The room was clean, organized, the water pressure for the shower is strong and fast. Love the shower. The room doesn't smell anything because they use the new exhaust odor and humid eliminator inside the toilet from the Khind brand despite no window for ventilation. All is good. Will repeat again next time for Kuantan trip. The hotel position is in the center of town. Food and restaurants are all nearby.

My family stayed at Family Deluxe room which has two queen size bed that can accommodate 5 of us. The room is clean with minimalist style. Overall, the RBHC is located strategically with restaurants nearby and suitable for short out station working trip.

The room was OK but a little small for 4 of us cause that room exactly fit the 2 double bed and small TV bench attached with the clothes hanging place. No place for us moslem to pray cause the only space that we have for praying is in front of the toilet which is a little bit off. So maybe the owner of this hotel can do something. Not just me but for others as well.

Honestly one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. 1) it's got a "no smoking" policy, but the room I was at was already smelling of cigarettes when I got in. And when checked out, hotel staff was accusing me of smoking although didn't provide any evidence apart from saying the room smells of smoke. They end up not retuning me the RM100 deposit as fine for "smoking" in the room. 2) the worst thing is, I found the bedsheets to be soiled even after they had "cleaned" it (see pictures) 3) dust and cobwebs are everywhere around the curtains and walls. Gross to the EFFIN' max.!

They have 2 pillows for each person so we can sleep better. It 's a good find for a rushed booking to be honest.

The window in the room was too dusty like never wipe for several weeks. There is no mirror in the room they only locate a mirror in the bathroom. We have to wait about 20min upon check in due to no receptionist on duty while tried calling the hotel mobile number the cell phone was left at the counter. Outside the room there is an ironing facility and a water dispenser. They only provide continental breakfast with juice/coffee however the breakfast was taste good. The hotel also provide prayer mat.

Comfy 1 night stay at the hotel.. Room was not as spacious but cosy enough. Shower and water pressure was great. Breakfast was served ala carte and was good. Definitely a great option for next stay
