Price and condition do not match, hotel needs to improve all items.

The receptionist, the bellboy, and the security were all helpful and friendly. I came to the hotel earlier before the check-in time because I have something else 's important to do in town, and they let me check in right away. That was so much helpful.

The place is comfortable and clean. The price is affordable, the location is strategic, near places to eat. Recommended.

The staff is very friendly, only I got a room where the electricity mcb had a problem so the lights in the room went out 2 times, it was really anticipated that it would go out again in the end I didn't turn on the tv, towels, sheets and blankets looked old and there were stains, but overall it's okay if you just sleep. Maybe the homestay rate is like that, for the price, there are still many other hotels with approximately the same price but somewhat better.

My friend from afar came to visit because of heavy rain, so he stopped because I was at this hotel, from the beginning of check-in I was not told the limit of visits because I thought it was the same as other hotels! Suddenly the hotel said my friend had to go home until 12 o'clock but at that time it was raining heavily and my friend was using a motorbike, with a bad feeling my friend came home in the rain, before this rule didn't exist, it was even quieter this is enforced, especially when checking in on new year's day when there is no policy from the hotel, for the last time I checked in at this hotel.
