The receptionists are very friendly. And they gave a lot of recommendations. Strategic area. It 's on alley so it wasn't really noisy at night. The room is clean. The only problem is, the water pressure is quite low. And the shower pole is very short so I have to duck/sit when shower. And also, I ordered one large bed (king/queen), but turned out they combined 2 single beds into one. So when I sleep right in the middle, its unbalanced. The breakfast is very standard. But the chef is very nice.

Friendly staff, clean room, fully equipped.

the receptionist, the door man, everyone is very nice. even gave me coffee maker upon check out. if I comeback to hanoi, definitely will come back.

It is clean and staff are friendly. location is convenience.
