The hotel is lovely, the rooms are clean and smell nice. We arrived earlier than expected, but Chân Mây was very helpful and accommodating with the early check-in. The staff were friendly and spoke softly, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay. If I have the chance to return, I will definitely choose Chân Mây again 💖

Overall, it's reasonably priced, but the rooms are a bit small, and there's an elderly receptionist who isn't very friendly. The soundproofing in the rooms is also very poor.

The room has adequate amenities. However, the bed sheets feel like they have been left for a long time and are damp due to the weather. I asked for the bed sheets to be changed and they were fine, but please check them immediately upon check-in.
