I booked my cabana several months in advance. When I arrived the hotel was closed for renovations and they had forgotten to inform me. So at 6pm I needed to try and find another hotel in peak season. I ended up pay having to pay double the price for a new hotel of a similar standard. Plus the expense of data on my phone to find it. Plus the time driving round to look at other hotels. No compensation from the hotel or even a written apology. They offered to let me stay in a cabana but I didn’t want to stay alone on a building site. Very disappointing and stressful. They need to do better at looking after guests.

Everything is charged in USD and only accepts cash and you have to drive to a closest ATM. There are no dining options around so you pretty much have to rely on the hotel and their options are limited and too expensive for what you get. Transport to go to other places is also inconvenient and the communication of staff in arranging transport and food was not reliable.

Very calm environment, the cabana is perfectly designed in the middle of the nature.
The shower is great, there is everything you need, fan, hair dryer, International electric plugs...
