Parking instructions were provided however no address location provided for it so difficult to find. Parking was not convenient. The location of the hotel was good. Required a fair amount of walking to get to it from street parking location. Unfortunately we were given the handicap room and not very nice even though we had a larger room booked with no change in price. The second room we had for family was a little better. Only liquid soap dispenser in bathroom provided. The staff was nice.

The hotel manager was wonderful- he was helpful and kind. And the other man who worked there was also very helpful. But the room was very old and unpleasant

Great location right behind the campo. Good cafes in the area. Historic building. Nice reading room and balcony. Breakfast next door. Needs more storage in room. Perhaps visitors don't stay long in Siena.

Amazing location in the heart of Siena, everything is on the doorstep. Great at communicating about parking and pre check in information. Room was clean and comfortable, if a little basic and dated. No drinking water in the room was possibly the only negative. Overall a great stay!

The hotel is in a great location and is cheap. Also the staff are friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is planning on staying in Siena.

Great value in fabulous location only 60 yards from Piazza del Campo. Expected shared bathroom but included in room so a huge bonus.

Anyone who selects this property must have some idea about a medieval city like Siena. The room was clean enough. The bathroom was difficult in that there are steps into and out. Towels were ancient and not really towels. We are not looking for high quality hotels when we book. We look for clean, good location, and safe. This hotel did meet those qualities.

Very close to Piazza del Campo

The main thing to note about Etruria was the service and flexibility of the staff - always the most important thing at hotels like this - as our flight was very delayed and so, too, our arrival at the hotel, but staff worked with us to ensure we had keys, directions, wifi, parking, everything we needed despite arriving long after check-in time and when the front desk is typically staffed. The room was nothing spectacular but comfortable and enough, the location exemplary.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful family management, beds were comfortable but the rooms were rundown. Could use some refreshing.

Hard to get to (middle of the city) and parking was a little far but the owner was amazing and so accommodating!
