Friendly staff, Clean, Comfortable

The room was not ready on arrival. Room and toilet not clean too.

The room was not clean properly. Room not ready when check in. Bad experience this time.

Acceptable in everything after re-operate from Covid 19.

The TV for Vision Four was not clear

Overall was ok, just that the room is filled with second hand smoke trace which I believe was from previous customer

Room ok, spacious, aircond cool, get front street, just ant room, so far overall best.

In the room, even though I asked for non-smoking room, yet due to certain reason, you can still smell it in your room for whole duration of stay

Good location with car park and few step to Tesco Super Store. Friendly staff. 2 Story building with “lift” (surprise). During these 2 years I’d stay this hotel many times. Usually room facilities are acceptable but this trip I got the room with something have to “renovation”.
