房間乾淨，

The worst was that the smoking area is around the most popular exit of the hotel. The breakfast area is too small and too crowd and I saw some who came late had to eat at the hotel lobby. The western style salad food is not enough. Overall, the breakfast provided was good.

The bedding doesn’t smell fresh and the bathroom is old. Despite the poor condition of the facilities, we have experienced a very friendly service by the staff who went above and beyond to help us.

The room is simple which is okay. Not so roomy. The surrounding area is beautiful. If you like bamboos forest it's likely you'll like the area. Free breakfast is good. Hotel provided free shuttle pick up from bus station. The service representatives are very courteous.

Staff are friendly. Wheelchair ïs nice to whoever needs. Walking distance to attractions.

地點方便，不管是去妖怪村或者溪頭森林遊樂區。 住宿清潔。

雖然是老飯店，但馬桶是新的，房間整理的很乾淨，附屬的餐廳中規中矩，價格很合理，不需要再去外面找吃的。

離溪頭近, 方便

地點：非常方便，走路5分鐘可到妖怪村，還有全家便利商店，旁邊就是溪頭實驗林入口。 設施：備品該有的都有，除了因政策不附礦泉水和牙刷牙膏，洗沐用品都蠻喜歡的，味道很舒服也洗得很乾淨，吹風機好用，不是壁掛式。 房間：床舖枕頭都很整潔好睡，不會太硬或太軟，睡醒完全不會腰痠背痛。房內完全不潮濕。 餐點：早餐自助式，素菜都有標示，很貼心，也有很多熱飲。 服務：態度良好。

環境幽靜

房間與浴室都非常乾淨、且服務人員十分親切熱心，有機會會再次造訪。

房間乾淨，服務快速有禮，飯店前就是停車場，萬一停車格已满，服務人員會引導停在合法的停車位。

乾淨，清靜是旅遊住宿的首選。 個人口味較清淡，清蒸鱒魚偏鹹，鱒魚湯筍絲偏酸。

房間很乾淨

房間整潔寬敞，房內空調寧靜舒適，床舖舒適，Wifi穩定快速，早餐選擇多而健康又美味，周邊環境美麗，員工有禮。唯一的缺點是雖然有洗衣設施，但是極為簡陋。此外，可能是家庭旅客眾多，孩子們在房內蹦跳，甚為嘈吵。

隔音非常有進步空間...

不知道是不是因為靠山區的關係，裡面有很多類似水螞蟻的蟲，但還好房務人員有進來用吸塵器把它洗乾淨！
