You just have to wait 10-15 minutes for your room to be prepared and that’s it.

This hotel was ideally located, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and I had two great nights of sleep. I couldn’t ask for more.

The reason for the poor rating was the failure to provide a comfortable nights stay. The room had no opening windows and the air con was not working. This was reported to staff on a couple of occasions and we were told it would be fixed by maintenance staff while we were out. When we returned the room was still so hot it was stifling (it was a hot day). When raising the issue again we were told it was basically our fault as we had checked in early! Eventually we were given a small fan which did not really help much as we couldn’t position the fan in a way it benefitted both of us. As a result we did not have a restful stay and were unable to sleep well

The hotel is within walking distance of so many attractions and shopping experiences. The room is compact but clean and tidy. The staff and very friendly and helpful.

The property was very clean & a great location. But I truly have never been in a smaller room in my life ! My sleeper car on a train was larger than this room . If you like room to move around in your room and a place to have your luggage open , this may not be the selection for you. Very cramped!!

Clean room, perfect location.

Fabulous location, just a few mins walk to Piccadilly circus and everything you could need. Staff really helpful and welcoming.

Very small room, barely any space to put 1 suitcase. WiFi not working. Avoid if you are claustrophobic.

Clean and tidy room. Smaller than images made it look but that's fine. Staff were somewhat helpful, but location is what made the property the best.

Perfect location. Clean and comfortable. Amiable and pleasant staff. Superb continental breakfast. Bed size is okay for one, not two adults. Need for shaver light, as area beside mirror is dark. Need to supply decaf tea.

Clean room for the most part, staff left lots of towels and dirty laundry on floor everyday hard to get by with luggage, Breakfast was put as included online but it was not. Other than that had a really great experience and my room was super nice and for the price spacious!

Great staff, very accomodating. Food at the cafe was very good, well stocked and staff ever present to look after a guests needs. I liked the close proximity to the Underground and central to Piccadilly Square. Highly recommend this property.

We would stay here again based solely on the location and staff. We stayed in a windowless room (first timers) and we didn’t find it very comforting so next time, a window for sure. When you’re there you literally walk out into the heart of London theatres, incredible restaurants and a short walk to Buckingham Palace. The staff were so friendly. And what an absolute bonus that the hotel has a wine and cheese social on select afternoons! Perfect!
