Overall good. 1 thing that need improvement is that the window should be locked for safety purpose. I stayed at 12th floor. The window can be opened. No grill. Very dangerous.

The hotel located at strategic location. Close proximity to various restaurant and there 's SKS mall nearby. Hotel staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. However, the bathroom is quite small. And the water did not drain well after each shower. Leaving the bathroom floor flooded with water.

The staff did not welcome the guests and did not smile, the guests coming in front of the eyes could not wait and I was waiting for him to look at me when he stood on the dock of the computer, at least say he'd wait a minute or something, not worth the position of 3 1/2 stars, food not tasty and not much choice.
