The staff was very friendly and helpful when we had an issue with the bathroom door. There's a small suggestion to improve the cleanliness of the room, especially since the mattress wasn't clean enough and the sheets smelled bad. Otherwise, everything was very good, thank you.

Best price best service, comfort all night as guest we are very enjoy, especially Nikki and Dyah (SVP) good communication for us to have all villa’s facilities, and thank you so much to Rinna such as cleaning service!
