Great stay! Greeted warmly by the lovely front desk staff. A car parking space was available so very convenient. Heaps of bars, cafes and restaurants within a short walking distance. Will be back!

Very clean, medium sized room. Fast internet. High-pressure hot shower. Comfy beds. The small onsen on the second floor was a surprise! 10 mins walk to the station. Nagano was just a stopover point for us, so we didn't spend much time. There are restaurants nearby. The breakfast was ok. Paid parking.

Very pleasant stay conveniently located near Nagano station. The amenities available were quite good, particularly having multiple vending machines for beverages at normal prices was certainly much better than what I’m used to here in Canada. The breakfast buffet provided was quite good, and the front desk staff were very helpful with regards to having my luggage sent to Narita airport quickly. They even gave me a small souvenir gift, which was quite nice.

The hotel gave us a small gift which surprised us. The room was clean and location was fine.

i had a quick one night stay, so i didn’t expect much. the overall experience was great. the hotel is well situated, check in was a breeze, and the room had everything i needed. after sleeping surprisingly comfortably, the breakfast in the morning was also a nice touch. i would definitely return if i’m passing through or staying in nagano

We stayed only 1 night while catching an early train from Nagano the next day. Check on was very smooth, room was small but clean and tidy. Bathroom was reasonable sized. This hotel is quite old but it's good for short stay and well maintained. Also it's conveniently located close to the train station.

Great overall hotel

Location: close to Nagano station, Zenkoji Temple and lots of restaurant in the vicinity. Friendly staff. Good customer service.

Stayed here for the night. It was very clean and relaxing. Only complaint is the pillow was mediocre, but other than that no complaints. Nice view, not far from station, easy to find.... Shower was nice and clean. Service spoke English. Very cheap for one person on Sunday.

Very close to the station. Small room but ok. Staff dont speak very good english. Free Breakfast japanese style every morning.
