I spoke directly with the manager, and they were incredibly unfriendly and unpleasant. They claimed they had to raise the price because booking in advance prevents them from accepting other guests for hourly rentals, and then insisted they wouldn't accept guests like me even if I paid.
They initially quoted 75,000 won for a Sunday night stay (Twin), but it turned out to be peak season, and they quoted 120,000 won. I agreed, but the reason for the price hike didn't make sense. When I argued about it, they said they wouldn't accept guests like me. It was suspicious that a Sunday night stay suddenly cost 120,000 won. They were unfriendly, and their staff training seems haphazard. I couldn't have been more upset, so I am kindly posting this despite being busy.
What good is it to be nice to 100 people if you try to rip them off and are unfriendly to just one guest (they even told me I wasn't a guest)? I believe they deserve to pay the price for that.
Even one star is too much. Please think twice before visiting a hotel where a manager demands you send their bank account details after you have already paid the full 75,000 won.
