The hotel is near to Shinsaibashi, the most iconic place in Osaka, a few minutes walk. Also next to Shinsaibashi Station where can be a starting point to explore the city. Very wonderful 👍

The hotel staff was helpful during check-in, providing good and friendly service. The room was clean, but unfortunately the temperature and air conditioning didn't work properly. The bathroom was clean. In conclusion, we were satisfied with our one-day, one-night stay.

I really enjoyed staying here and will definitely stay again if I ever visit Osaka again. Drinking water is available in front of the elevator—just bring a bottle—and it's close to the station, too.

The hotel changed name to Four Points by Sheraton. Next door is a 24-hour konbini, right in the middle between two stations (two different lines): Shinsaibashi and Yatsubashi. Behind the White Avenue shopping centre, which means you are less than 5 min walk to fancy ultra-trendy Shinsaibashi shopping and also Dotonburi. Tons of small eateries around. Room is typically compact (perhaps around 12 or 14 sqm?) but of good quality and complete amenities. Staff are helpful albeit limited English. A few coin laundry machines.
