Great place, big room and comfortable. Food is great also. Will be back again if I have a chance, thank you.

I chose this hotel because the breakfast food has many choices and is delicious. The location is also close to Sibu Grand Market and Sibu Night Street Market....use Grab Car there for only RM 5

If I were to spend the night in Sibu, I would definitely choose Kingwood Hotel Sibu. Because the breakfast has many choices and is delicious 👍🏻 However, I don't like the bathroom setting that uses a bathtub. That's all.

My first choice in Sibu as it provides good breakfast.

Location is great, breakfast is good. Room is clean but bed and pillow is too hard. Hot water is scalding hot and freezing cold, it runs on a rotating circle of scalding hot water and freezing cold water. It does not mix. Hotel parking closes at 12 am. I was out and when I return back to hotel around 11.45 pm the hotel parking gate was shut. I had to park outside the hotel where I got fine the next morning for not displaying a parking ticket. I asked the hotel for clarification, where do I park my car? Reception said that after 12 am, hotel parking is closed due to frequent car theft in that area.

It's one of the best hotel in town.

Very spacious room, very big, breakfast wise also OK, got cakes, buns and choices of food too. But it wouldn't be until they serve beef or lamb (certain hotels do). Chicken is the max. Another thing which I don't like is from the picture, it seems I'm booking tower B room (newer room) but turns out I'm in tower A which iss the old room.

Not very comfortable. Old furniture but with new paint. Can't sleep at all because hearing water dropping whole night.

Comfortable and satisfied, the food was delicious and satisfied my taste.

The staffs are friendly and polite. Around 9am, outside of the room is very noisy due to renovation of other rooms.

A lot of functions going on and it was a Saturday and chap goh mei eve. So, it was quite noisy. Can hear music/boom boom sounds vibrating through the walls to our room in 4th floor late into the night. Otherwise the room are clean and beds comfortable. Will remind myself to request higher room next time.

Services was good except the pillow need to be change too hard. When asked for new pillow, they gave the same hard type. This is worst. Others okay.

The room was spacey and comfortable. However, there were no toothbrushes provided. The breakfast at the cafe don't really have much option and the cups has stains but it was delicious. Fyi, Tower B is using card access and tower A is still using old school key. Luckily, I have chosen the tower B. The services is efficient & staff is friendly. Overall it was satisfying experience.
