Beautiful modern hotel with a nice pool

Great staff clean hotel great location modern. Only caveat is no breakfast included for Platinum (and above) members. Other hotel chains don't skimp on benefits

Loved the pool and sauna. Perfect location downtown, everything walking distance. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Let us use parking before check in. Bathroom is odd, toilet is in a stall in the room, separate from sink. But nice design throughout. Secure building late at night, must use keycard to enter the hotel late. Restaurant is nice, good selection of food and drinks and staff were awesome. Didnt need to know french.

Room decor

This hotel is a great option for a short stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near downtown Montréal. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I'm giving it 4 stars mainly because the bathroom in the room with the 1 King Bed was a bit unusual and didn’t quite match the photos. That said, everything was clean and well-maintained, and the pool on the top floor was a lovely bonus that added to the overall positive experience.

Very good hotel

Very good hotel, very clean and staff was very helpful and friendly.

The lady who assisted us didn’t seem very friendly or welcoming. She had a frown on her face the entire time, which made us feel uncomfortable. It made me wonder — was it because I’m Asian?

You can hear the sound of the outside from inside and it was very loud, it was very disturbing when you were lying down or sleeping.

The front desk staff were very nice and helpful . The chef Abdul was exceptionally nice and helpful
