The hotel was very nice and seamed upscale. The staff were very friendly greeting us. The cleaning staff did a great job and replenished plenty of water and coffee. It was a great location for old Montreal and St Catherine st. The pool was a great amenity. The only negative thing is the gym was small and not well equipped.

Had to ask 3 times to have room cleaned and then they did it but did not put any towels.

This a very basic hotel - room, bathroom and that's about it. Sad for Montreal. The pool, gym and top floor had nothing but a roadside motel feel. Red solo cups from Costco for water ! The energy of the staff - over a weekend when there was a huge music festival, Ariana Grande concerts and the start of Pride weekend was: "so you are here ...well your room is on the 8th floor and breakfast is over there" - horrid ! Go to a smaller hotel and enjoy the real graciousness of the true Montreal...

Great Hotel. Central to Montreal. Fantastic walkability to the city, Chinatown, and Mt Royal.

Our first time visiting Canada, and first time at this hotel. Staff were friendly, cordial, and eager to help. The hotel was easily accessible. The room was spacious and clean. Will definitely use them in the future.

The hotel is decent, but it definitely does not deserve a 5-star service rating. Upon arrival, the valet was unavailable to greet us and park our vehicle. Later, when all the elevators stopped working and someone got trapped inside, the receptionist completely ignored the person knocking for help from within the elevator cab. Furthermore, the front desk staff was so inattentive that they failed to notice me buying water; I only got their attention after placing it on the desk and starting to walk away. А la carte breakfast was just ok, swimming pool, and city views are good, but the poor overall service means this property is simply not worth the money.

Nous avons séjourner une nuit pour un voyage de couple. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Le service est impeccable. La chambre très spacieuse. Le personnel reste serviable. La vue sur la ville était splendide. Nous étions au 10 ieme étage.
