Comfortable, clean accommodation with a pleasant atmosphere, perfect for a honeymoon or family getaway. Check-in and check-out are easy. The swimming pool is nice and clean. And there's Sevel just downstairs. So, great.

The hotel staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean, comfortable for a family vacation in Kuala Lumpur.

I stayed here with my children, they love this place so much. Many food courts around here, there are also two shops below this apartment, one is 7eleven and the other one is selling many kinds of snacks & drinks. It took around 8 - 10 RMB for the Grab to Sungei Wang Plaza or Alor Street

Lots of small cockroaches, smelly and dusty rooms, unfriendly staff, you have to pay 10RM per suitcase to store your suitcase, you only get 1 room key, if you lose your elevator key you have to pay 50RM

good place to stay. access to so many place in Malaysia, especially Kuala Lumpur.

If I ever go to Malaysia again, I'll definitely stay here again. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, spacious, clean, close to the city center, and has a beautiful view. Seriously, I'm addicted to staying here. I recommend it for those looking for an affordable, but not cheap, hotel.

The room condition is good, it's just a shame that we got an extra mattress that was in a condition that was ready to be replaced.

The location is strategic and very close to everywhere. It's very close to the MRT station, just across the street from the hotel. I recommend extending the pool's closing hours and adding a cafe in the pool area. I really want to stay at Greystone again next time.

This apartment is highly recommended for families. Besides being clean, the staff is friendly and the service is fast. Its location on a main road makes it very easy to access.

There were lots of small cockroaches, the room smelled bad, the exhaust wasn't working, so the bedroom smelled like perfume and the toilet. I wanted to check out and get my deposit early in the morning, but the staff wasn't there yet, so I had to wait until 9. I won't be coming here again.

There were cockroaches in the room. The hotel smelled. Even when we checked out, the host was nowhere to be found. We had to wait for 30 minutes.

The receptionist service was very unfriendly, the room was dirty, the kitchen was not maintained, all the cooking utensils looked like they hadn't been cleaned, the glasses were greasy, the microwave was yellow, the electric kettle smelled, there were cockroaches around the kitchen, the AC wasn't cold enough, the toilet smelled and had no lock, there were no clothes hangers in the bathroom, the rooftop area didn't match the pictures provided, the elevator was slow. Asking questions to the receptionist was very unhelpful, as were the security staff.
