This property is above a bar that closes at 2am. It was SO LOUD until 3:30am on a Friday night (even with ear plugs) that we were unable to sleep. We ended up leaving a day early because to enjoy theater, being rested really helps. Also, the bathroom, while in the same room, is up a steep flight of stairs from where the bed was located. If you need to get up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, this is a hazard for anyone who is not quite agile. The room was clean, but the noise was a real deal breaker.

Remarkably quiet goven over bar and on busy street. V kind and helpful staff. Convenient.

We generally stay here while we’re visiting the Shakespeare festival. It’s neat and clean and convenient.

The place was lovely. Staff was great. We got the manager's parking spot. Will stay again.

Key opened room but not hotel door or parking. Promised another one but didn’t get it till next day and it had the same problem. A lot of stairs up to room and in room and no help with bags. Hot in room and air conditioning didn’t cool it. No hotel staff. Bar and restaurant staff very busy and don’t have access to hotel resources

Perfect spot for an overnite stay during the festival.

All good except for lots of stairs both getting to and within the room. Also car had to be parked a few blocks away. Only a problem if, like me, you had an injured leg.

I liked that the loft sleeping area was separated from the kitchen and work desk downstairs. It was convenient to order food from the on-site restaurant below.

Not particularly accessible for those who need a cane or walker.

Perfect layout for a teen and adults. The loft provides privacy but you can still communicate easily.

Somehow I didnt know these were loft rooms. 3 flights of stairs, a bit more than I can handle.

The only less than amazing part about our stay was the parking was across the busy main road with the cross walks a bit far when carrying bags. Everything else was amazing - room, team, food at the restaurant, location!

Our stay was extremely enjoyable. The only complaint we had was wth the housekeeping. The bathroom was not swept or wiped down during our entire stay (6 days). The bed linens were only changed once & only after we requested it. Coffee cups were not usually washed, just put in the sink. Perhaps housekeeping staff are inexperienced but better training would elevate that.
