The hotel is definitely dated rooms are in dire need of updating! Looks like my grandmas house from the 1980’s. The bathroom needs some attention as well for updates. Beds were comfortable.

Superb views from room and breakfast area. Air conditioned room with comfortable beds. Room size, however, was very compact for a family of 4. We found the step into the bathroom concerning as using the bathroom during the night when in a semi-conscious state, 2 of our party had stumbles. The staff were very attentive and always friendly. The room was very clean. Plenty of safe parking available within grounds

Very nice hotel, clean room and good breakfast

We had a lovely experience in this traditionally styled hotel with wonderful scenery, great food and super service- the only downside was the lack of shade for our vehicle in the soaring temperatures.

Great little place to stay overnight.

Staff was helpful and friendly! Loved Annaliza at breakfast every day. She worked hard and always had a smile!! The restaurant is easy/convenient and great food!! We stayed a week to be central to Tuscan cities-traveled easily to Siena, Montepulciano, Florence, Pisa, Cortona and other small areas; great location!!

I was confused when they told me I had booked a room with a single bed, so they wanted to rent me another room for my wife. When I told them "no" that would not be satisfactory, they found us a room with a double bed and gave it to us without any additional charge. While the room was clean, it was very small, with barely enough room to open our suitcases. The hotel was quite a distance from Siena and was difficult coming back to at night since the GPS did not accurately locate the hotel. I would try a different hotel if I were going back to Siena.

Gute Lage, Personal sehr nett, Frühstück sehr gut.Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und das Badezimmer ist sehr in den Jahren gekommen und mit viel Schimmelablagerungen in der Dusche .

Accoglienza ottima, colazione soddisfacente, camera buona, unica pecca il bagno senza finestra ma ci può stare.

Struttura datata ed essenziale sufficientemente pulita.

albergo in buona posizione , da segnalare di non cercare sovicille perche non e' la strada giusta ma la frazione san rocco a pilli. dall immagini sul sito credevo meglio. colazione discreta.
