Lovely staff, beautiful comfortable room with great view of sunset

The hotel and location is great. You’ll need a car to get around fyi. A lot of American Military personal around so take that as you will. Overall A+

The property is amazing. The staff at check in were fantastic and helpful, the room was incredible, spacious, clean & tidy with impressive views. The laundry facilities are convenient but the dryers are not great and we ended up having to put the cycle on for a long time for our clothes to actually be dry but even then, they weren’t fully. Buffet breakfast was delicious and the pool facilities both on site and across the road at the other property were great. Very sad to have left the place but will definitely be returning.

This property is right on the boardwalk just a few steps away from American Village. The staff was kind and the property was impressively clean. I liked that my view every morning was the water (if you decide upgrade to a room with a view and a balcony). This won’t be the last time I stay at this property.

I recently stayed at this hotel, which is housed in a new building with modern amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, I found the hotel to be overpriced for what it offers. It doesn’t have its own beach, and you have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the nearest one. The breakfast menu was quite limited, and the room felt too small considering the price. Overall, while the service was great, I expected more for the cost.

Bit expensive.. and did not have any activities as this was a resort. That was a bit disappointing

My stay would have been 5 star - however when my plans changed and i had to check out a few days earlier than expected - i was told to contact expedia for a refund and then a few days later denied a refund.

Hotel staffs Manami and her team are extremely helpful and care for the stay. Pretty much homely stay in clean environment.

First of all I want to say that the staff at the hotel are really very kind. Although we couldn't check in first when we arrived at the hotel early, it was very convenient to store our luggage. The hotel is very close to the seaside and theme areas, which is very convenient. We only stayed for one day this time and hope to stay for two nights next time. The room has a balcony, and you can see the sea view when you open the window, which is great!

Beautiful property with much to do to keep busy: Swimming, paddle boats tubing, zip line, outdoor pool, indoor pool. Only two restaurants on property, but there are two other hotels within walking distance to dine. Room was gorgeous.

Everything about our stay amazing. Staff were very friendly, especially Maho at the front desk she helped arrange transportation and was very accommodating.

Sits right by the ocean and very close to many shops and restaurants. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean.
