I like their Japanese room. It's clean and very nice ambient. Comfortable for 4 people. Close to station and foods.

The service is good, the staff is friendly, the hotel facilities are complete, recommended for those who want to spend the night there, thank you.

We stayed at this hotel just for 1 night since it was very near Chitose airport (we had an early morning flight and train only leaves at 6.30 AM which would be too late). The reception guy was very nice and helped us booked for taxi the following morning. It took us only 15 minutes to reach the airport. Hotel room was comfy & very clean. A mini market is located just cross the street. PS: my wife left her hand gloves on the sofa and the people kept them for us. Another proof of how helpful the people working there.

The bed and pillows are very good. Helps to sleep well New room, very good condition, near 7-11 hotel

The staff very friendly the room size standard but the best very perfect...no need to walk to the JR train station to go to Airport they have the bus stop to the airport in front of the hotel only 220 yen
