Room is always great, front staffs were very welcoming. Eggs were super salty and there’s no place to wash your hand or hand sanitizer near the breakfast area. Bartender was super rude, I rather not be given the coupon to redeem the cocktail than getting terrible experience from him.

Plenty of walkable shops and eating places. The hotel and staff are always very friendly and welcoming.

The room was clean but old style. The shower was incredible. The breakfast lacked good options.

I didn't visit the pool. I had a very large, spacious room. The room was clean and the bathroom was large and well equipped. I wish there were towels for 3 people based on the room size, but I have no actual complaints. Check in was quick though there were a lot of people waiting. I waited less than 5 minutes to check in and the information/communication was very clear. The walls are soundproofed well. This was my second stay and I will return. Recommended.

Hotel stay was comfortable, and breakfast was decent. Worth the price, would recommend.

The hotel is really just a "luxury hostel", more towards a 3.5 star rating instead of 4 star. Not much service offered by front desk staff. Amenities are barely minimum. Breakfast is very basic. Location is probably the best this hotel has to offer.

A clean, reasonably priced place to stay. The breakfast is a bit disappointing — basically lunch options that felt a bit much early in the day. But there seemed to be plenty of options near the hotel.

Convenient and nice place

Loved this hotel one of the best we've stayed in around Taiwan. Great bed, bathroom with bath and good shower, good sized room and good breakfast. Only suggestions would be coordination of the lifts as you press each button for each lift at the moment. Also pool opening at 5pm when the sun sets within the hour is very limiting, plus it was very cold. But as we said we did like the hotel and staff are very friendly.
