Front office staff not helpful and unfriendly. I added an extra bed for a third person then I found out they have bigger room with 2 beds which would have been better than a mattress on the floor. But they didn’t want to do change my room. The reason? Because I booked my original room online and the new room was cheaper than the online rate. They finally agreed when I said they don’t need to refund the difference, just give me the room with 2 beds so the extra person will not be on a “bed” on the floor. It took a lot of arguing and time for them to call the management for permission to do it.
