No frills hotel well suitable for short stay. Rooms’ walls are covered with pictures of sur-real, dream-like content

The hotel sent us to a sister hotel farther outside the center because they didn't have a room that would fit us. That was pretty disappointing after a long drive that day and expecting to stay a short walk from the historic center

Clean and modern in the city. Convenient secure parking and simple but good breakfast.

There is no desk in the room. No place to put things in the bathroom. Bed is too low and not comfortable.

no frills, newly refurbished, limited front desk hours, very basic room accommodations, no A/C. no fridge. price is much too high for the quality level!

The hotel was reserved through Expedia which offered 1 room left at a specific rate and the room had 3 beds. We were charged for a more expensive room and did not receive what we booked in regards for the room. The hotel was not willing to work with us and neither was Expedia. Both companies keep passing the blame to the other and nothing has been resolved. Do not stay here. It is a cheep raggity place.

Elevator was out of service. Not a good parking place even so it is listed with free-parking. The room is too small, and has no view. Not enough chairs for people to sit. Awkward TV location on top of headboard!

Basic interior, helpful people but above all a good spot to explore inner city of beautiful Bolzano. Next to good Thai restaurant and close to best ice shop of Italy: Avalon!

we attempted to check in around 2 pm . hotel was closed and re-opened after 3pm.. we were using this hotel only as we transitioned from germany into italy. in that respect it served its purpose

Ok hotel for one night. On the way to skiing it is ok. Not grate, not bad, but ok. Will I stay there again? Yes for one night

Wir hatten einen Übernachtung auf einer Rundreise gebucht, dafür völlig in Ordnung. Schnell in der Innenstadt.

The hotel has a very good location, a 20-minute walk to the historic centre of Bolzano. Clean rooms, very friendly staff. Car can be parked for free on the street or for 15€ per day in a locked garage.

Ett väldigt litet rum i utkanten av Bolzano. Rent och kändes säkert men hotellet är inte mycket mer än att sova över i vid en förbifart.

Huone oli todella siisti ja moderni ja kylpyhuone erinomainen. Aamupala oli vaatimaton.
