Excellent location in the old town, close to everything. The staff was very helpful and tried to assist with the AC, but unfortunately, it still didn’t work when the weather warmed up. The hotel was hard to find, and when we messaged for help, we didn’t receive a response. Breakfast was decent, though as others noted, it wasn’t served warm.

Superb and well located. The only downside is that two single beds squeezed together don't make a double bed, especially if the sheets don't fit!

A very friendly lady greeted us at door and supported our check in. The room is nice and clean and well furnished. The location is good which is close to restaurant and old town with a walking distance.

Everything as expected

The property was spacious, immaculate and within the UNESCO heritage area. There was an excellent mini supermarket next door for breakfast items. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We had no difficulty finding a nice restaurant nearby.

The staff was very helpful and arranged for an early morning taxi ride to airport. Beautiful room with kitchenette....pleasant stay.

Safe with entry into complex and into building and room, staff was nice, room was huge with great amenities. Loved the location!

The actual space once inside was nice, clean and comfortable. There were quite a bit of stairs, so do not recommend for anyone with a lot of luggage or mobility issues.

Great location and facilities. No outside space or balcony but wasn’t expecting one as new the property didn’t have one .

It was a wonderful place to stay. Location is incredible, though you can get a bit of the partying noise at night. Not crazy loud but you can hear it sometimes.

Really enjoyed my stay at Riva Luxury Rooms. Location was convenient and walkable. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Liked the convenience of having keyless entry to the property and not needing to worry about a key.

Nice stay at Riva, a lot of noise at night, this is a party town with lots of people.

Great place to stay in the centre of Split. Very quiet in room considering liveliness going on all around outside. Clean and modern, would highly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay in Riva Luxury Rooms. The room itself was great, very clean and comfortable. The location was great, with a little view and very close to the Riva, with great restaurants just downstairs. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Only downside to the rooms are that they are upstairs (which isn't bad) but there is no elevator (which is bad). As you get older, stairs and carrying heavy luggage gets more difficult. Overall, great place, and we would stay again.

Only stayed one night but it was spotlessly clean and in an excellent location. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
