The Queensbridge Hotel feels like a typical seaside hotel - everything that you need, is comfortable, and the staff polite and helpful, but the decor is showing its age. Our room had a wonderful view of the sea, which definitely helps! We enjoyed the hearty cooked breakfast in the morning.

Didn’t stop after a phone call in the morning saying they were moving me to a sister hotel which after investigation turned out to be a dump, women outside drinking cans and smoking

Very nice place. Excellent value. Breakfast tasty. Shower needed a long time to get hot - otherwise really great stay.

It wasn’t made apparent that we would need to phone for check in, on arrival. Neither was it explained during the booking process that breakfast was served at a sister hotel 1/2 mile away. I specifically booked the Queensbridge because it was ‘dog friendly’ yet on arrival at The Four Seasons we were expected to eat away from our group. Hardly dog friendly. Rather than eat in isolation I left and cheerfully ate in Cafe Nero.

The giant bay windows facing out onto the 'prom' and the Irish Sea beyond was stunning. The moon came out for us at one point as well. Exquisite. However, the Hotel's bar and restaurant facilities were closed, which was disappointing. Luckily there were options just down the road at the Glengower.

It was very nice. Our shower wasn’t working. Too bad about the lift as we were on the 3rd floor. Otherwise it was nice

Sadly the Hotel did not look like the pictures. Parking is not included. It’s on the road. Lift did not work. Breakfast was the worst on trip so far. Room and bathroom need a really good clean. Luckily sheets were clean. The worst hotel I have stayed in for the price.

The reception lady was very nice. The view was lovely, being seafront. The breakfast was incredible!! The room was very comfortable with space and ample tea and coffee making facilities. However, the false advertising is a huge negative. The big building in the picture IS NOT the hotel. The actual hotel is a narrow and thin, one room width slither of a hotel in the long terrace of hotels on the Promenade. I booked the Queensbridge Hotel trusting the stately building in the picture as a treat for my wife, only to arrive and find it to be a narrow, mid terraced, building.

Do NOT stay here!!! This was the most disappointing hotel I've ever stayed at. They totally misrepresented themselves with their listing pictures. Looks like a beautiful lighted building when it's an old row house that's in need of a major makeover. There might be one nice room since there were some reviews that talked about a nice room with a beautiful view. Ours or the others near ours was horrible with mold in the bathroom and around the window. Room wasn't ready for us an hour past check in time. It was still dirty and we didn't feel comfortable in the room. We have stayed in so many beautiful B&B throughout Wales where the owners are involved and take their business seriously and take much pride in making their customers feel welcomed. This definitely was not like that. I definitely can not recommend this place!!!

First, the picture in no way represents this hotel, totally misleading. There is no parking at this hotel, only lottery winners would lucky enough to get a parking space on this road. The lift was broken,no one mentioned this when we booked the day before and as 85 year olds six flights of stairs btween room and breakfast wasn,t welcome. The room was large, bright and clean with a great sea view.Breakfast was excellent.Altogether a Curates egg with plenty of room for improvement.

We were put on the 4th floor in the attic with no lift and it was 8 flights of stairs. Hotel a bit dated, could do with a makeover. However, the host was lovely and the breakfast was fabulous.
