Faultless. My second stay and will definitely be back.

Totally perfect in every way and excellent value for money. Breakfast bags were a nice and very welcome touch and the cooked breakfast was really tasty. Cannot fault.

The room was nicely decorated, was fitted with amenities most hotels overlook today. Face clothes, luggage benches, ample clothes hangers just to name a few. Friendly helpful staff. Overall it is a good place to stay. Only drawback was the limited dining options nearby.

Our stay in Glenbarr was lovely. The accommodation is top notch. We highly recommend it!

Arrived expecting a room and ended up with a little luxury apartment. Everything was top notch and exceeded my expectations

Overall our 1 night stay was excellent. Very comfortable bed, excellent shower. As I know this property before it was refurbished I think it has been extremely well done.The complimentary tea and coffee on arrival is a nice touch. I have one minor complaint and that is the strength of coffee,it was really weak.

Liz and George were amazing. They are so kind and helpful. They made our stay perfect. I would highly recommend.

Lovely older building but updated and very well maintained. The breakfast and Staff was amazing. Book this place if you want to stay in the country but have a beautiful drive into Campbeltown.

Lovely place. Excellent rooms, very clean and well kept. Staff helpful, breakfast choices fine, and who could object to b’fast outdoors on a sunny morning. My only tiny cavil is that a couple of sugar free cereal choices, like well made messily, would be helpful. We’d stay there again like a shot!

I had a delightful experience during my stay. The apartment was charming, featuring a self-contained kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom, all impeccably clean and warmly decorated. If I find myself in the area again, I will definitely prioritize booking a room here. The host was exceptionally friendly and hospitable, offering helpful recommendations for nearby dining options. My only regret was not having had the time to visit the adjacent shop and café.

This is the second time i have stayed at The Glenbarr and will stop again when in the area, lovely accommodation.

It was a very good stay except the night we arrived we couldn’t find the place. It took us an extra 45 mins to get there and it was dark and barley any street lights.

Very welcoming with knowledgable , friendly staff. Quiet unique setting , the courtyard area very peaceful for a coffee.

Room was great. Bathroom was very large and well appointed. Breakfast was not great. No fruit and only one juice option. With this one exception, it was a great stay.

Wir wurde im House at Glennbarr sehr herzlich begrüsst. Der Besitzer und seine Mitarbeiterinnen halfen uns mit guten Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück wurde im zum Haus zugehörigen Gewächshaus serviert und war ausgesprochen gut. Zudem bietet das Haus auch einen kleinen Shop mit allerlei lokalen Köstlichkeiten. Unser Zimmer war zweckmässig und hübsch eingerichtet. Ein wenig irritierend fand ich die auf den Hotelplatformen gezeigten Strand-bilder. Der nächste Strand ist ca 20 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Um herum zu kommen, empfiehlt sich eine Auto.

Above and beyond our expectations. This accommodation was 5 star, vegan platter amazing, hosts very friendly, a really pleasant experience all round.
