Room and bathroom were spotless. Very good bed, bedding and towels. Friendly staff. Pleasant rooftop terrace for breakfast.

A very welcoming and professional staff in a tastefully renovated art deco building. Impeccable presentation of our room. Very cool rooftop lounge. Excellent location!

I am not sure why this hotel is rated as “exceptional” that is way too high. Sure the staff are very friendly and the cleaners do a really good job, but: The room I was given had worst view I ever had in a hotel The sink didn’t drain properly Bathroom was very small No heating or AC: it must be horrible If you come during a heat wave No elevator On one night the Fire safety battery was low in the corridor and rang all night. The WiFi stopped working on 1 night. Giving only 2 stars to lower the average.

Perfect stay, clean room, safe area, nice staff, only negative would say our room was over the front door area and could hear people come in at night. So if you can I would request not that room. other than that perfect.

super cute hotel right in the middle of everything, we loved the roof deck. It is good to know that they do not have AC/Heat but provide fans and a small heater. Windows open are a must, but do note it can get loud. There is also no elevator. That said, the stay was great, it was clean, and having breakfast on the roof every morning was lovely. Would stay again!

Spotless

Staff was good. Overall clean place. Website is a little misleading, as the hotel has no cafes or restaurants of its own. No swimming pool. It’s called a hotel but felt more like living in apartments with no amenities apart from breakfast at the terrace.

This was an excellent hotel choice. Staff very helpful and after we had an additional logistics issue, assisted us even more.

Great location if youre looking to explore Condesa

Mediocre service that contracted the worst massage appointment of my life. Rooms are spacious and look nice, but have quality issues--such as cracked tiles on the floor or sound bleed from other rooms. I could hear someone using the bathroom and singing in another room. The neighborhood of Condessa is stunning tho. Truly spectacular place to walk around at all times of the day.

Nice clean rooms. Super helpful front desk. My daughter got a very bad stomach issue and they even researched the doctor and hospital for us.

The front desk staff are exceptionally sweet and kind. The room was spotless and a good size. It's a nice hotel in a great neighborhood convenient to many restaurants and cafes. However, there is no elevator and the spiral staircases are narrow and need to be used to get to the rooftop for amenities. If you have mobility issues, navigating this hotel can be challenging.
