Loved the kitchen area in our hotel room

We stayed for a week, really liked the room with kitchen and Landry. Room had a good view of the mountains. Room had a jacuzzi as well. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. Overall very happy with the stay.

they day staff was friendly and nice even though we could not check in early without paying a fee. the evening staff was not as pleasant and did not make eye contact or smile at all and we did not feel as welcomed. the room was nice and newer. the beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. the room smelled nice as we entered and the bathroom was very clean. our stay overall was nice and we would stay again.

We reserved the King Suite with the kitchenette, but the 1st room had a very bad odor that we couldn't get rid of. Front desk was friendly, but they were at 100% capacity so we couldn't change rooms. We slept Saturday night in the room with the window open due to the foul smell. Sunday morning they did switch us to a new room which was much better. We couldn't get any compensation for our first room because they said I booked from a 3rd party service. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but Saturday was very expensive for a room we couldn't enjoy for our 35th wedding anniversary. Totally disappointed in that! I believe paying $350 a night for that space warranted some type of compensation.

Breakfast was good.

Very nice, new facility. Really enjoyed the onsite pizza buffet and bar. Pet friendly. Easy access to Pikes Peak activities and Manitou Springs. Would highly recommend.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this property deserves a solid 5-star rating. It was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in, and I’m picky. The kitchenette was stocked with everything we needed, and the washer/dryer was an added bonus. Great location; great for families.

This hotel was a great choice for a stop over on our trip. It was clean, modern and the breakfast was exceptional.

The property location and condition is in good shape. The 2 complaints are breakfast where someone has to give you the meal (sounds like a way to try and cut costs) and room cleanliness was ok. They did not clean the floors until we asked on the 5th day of our 7 day stays even though we were told a full clean was done.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was perfect, clean and comfortable.

Hotel was great! Beds are amazing and the rooms are so clean. The staff is very hard working and you can tell they have a strong team. They always on it for breakfast and for the pizza time which both very yummy. Cleaning staff was always lovely and so open to helping :) 2nd time here , will be coming back

The staff was friendly. They had a pizza restaurant on site which was convenient and had good food. The beds were very comfortable and the room, hallways, and lobby were very clean. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.
