The only good points about this place are: the location, the view, and the nice parking attendants (who aren't affiliated with the "hosts").
The place is just a facade. There has probably been zero upkeep since the place was built.
To preface: The messy/dirtiness is in NO FAULT of the cleaners.
That said, the fridge stunk so bad, the stove had unremovable, large gunks, the shower (liner and tile) had mold, soap was not refilled/stocked, toilet seat and cover are hanging on by half a hinge, bed linen had stains and did not look new, the couch smelled, we couldn't figure out any part of the TV (besides Netflix thanks to the button on one of the remotes) since there were no instructions and multiple remote controls, the blinds were in horrible conditions (broken, didn't turn or open/close, and literally falling apart), the "lobby/concierge" don't care for helping or for anyone, they were so rude, if you lose the key, you're out of luck as they don't have backup ones or someone to let you into your room on call, and lastly but not least (nor close to everything that went wrong or was bad), their "team's" communication is the absolute worst.
Honestly, if it weren't for the neighborhood, the city, and the activites we chose to do, our trip would've been completely ruined from their customer service, lack of communication, and the condition of the suite.
