It exceeded expectations. No indoor hot tub and it is far to get inside but they do provide bathrobes in rooms. Restaurant was really good food, service was good. Would recommend and would return. Nice neighborhood for walking etc. They do provide room service too even though it is not mentioned on the website. We had the fiah and chips and the rigatoni and tiramisu and tres leches and sticky toffee pudding. All dishes were excellent and would definitely recommend them all too! In the restaurant we ordered tempura shrimp and the mussels and scallops with a bottle of Lake Breeze wine from the Okanagan. All the excellent as well and don't have a problem ordering them again soon! Enjoy!

The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We chose this hotel mainly for the pool and hot tub with a view, which was absolutely beautiful. However, the experience itself was a bit disappointing. The hot tub was uncomfortably hot, making it difficult to stay in for long, while the hot pool felt quite cool. With outdoor temperatures around +10°C, it didn’t feel as relaxing as expected. For nearly $400 a night during the week, we were hoping for a more impressive overall experience. The setting is lovely, but the amenities didn’t quite meet expectations.

Awesome hotel, great stay, nice views

Great location and beautiful hotel. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Restaurant on site was really good and the breakfast buffet was excellent and a good price. Hot tubs and underground parking do tend to fill up fast. Will stay here again for sure.

Wonderful hotel and property. Everything was 5 star. Staff were great. Concierge helped me get a few nice items to the room for my wife's birthday. Will certainly be back to the hotel in future.

Very luxurious property for good price, the view from the room was amazing and outdoor hot tub was a plus to the hotel.

Definitely one of the best hotels in Canmore. The rooftop pool/hottub and fire table with its views alone deserve 5 stars! The staff who work there are all amazing, customer service is incredible and the atmosphere is incredible. We can't wait to stay here again.
