The property was great, the welcome staff was awesome, kitchen and landry was a plus. What I didn’t like was: It’s overpriced, it’s very loud and noisy at night, people outside are constantly screaming, yelling and playing loud music as late as 6am, especially on weekends. Location was good, but to be honest I found myself exploring Barcelona being in other area way more then at the crowded La Rambla.

The stay was amazing, great location , very central property is very clean and comfortable. Mariana was very very helpful. met us at check in explained everything . helped us find a restaurant close by and also booked our taxi to the airport. highy recommended

The location was good . We arrive very late and mgr waited for us even though the last check in time was at 8 pm . The apartment is clean and close to lots of tourists attractions

Great location! Shopping and restaurants all around the apt. The unit is like new and very clean and comfortable. The owner responds to emails quickly and check in was easy. Highly recommend.

Very well located for Barcelona. Our apartment was just what we needed for our family. Lots of storage space, comfy beds, great kitchen facilities (no oven) but a large fridge, perfect for putting drinks and food in. Considering La Rambla is undergoing construction work at the moment our apartment faced the tiny street away from La Rambla, so no noise disturbance for us

Was very easy access to all areas of Barcelona, especially the Gothic district. It was unfortunate that there was a lot of construction and noise in the area.

The staff was incredible. Mariana was so eager and helpful, and was especially dependable when the power outage happened in Spain, Portugal. Place was conveniently located near all Rambla shops and even train stations. Would recommend it to anyone!

Perfect location on La Rambla. Across from the market. The hosts of the hotel were so helpful. We will stay there again.

What a great property! A perfect location right across from the market and easy Metro access. Las Ramblas is definitely a bit more lively and touristy but you can easily escape into the narrow and charming streets of the Gothic Quarter. Our family of four found the property to have plenty of space, it was clean, and nice to have a fridge to keep snacks. Would definitely book this again and plan on recommending to friends who are heading to the area. A great home base for all of your Barcelona adventures!

The property is clean and the staff are nice.

Really nice apartments and convenient to centre of Barcalona. Only issue we weren’t aware of is vibration of metro through the building though you get use to it after a while.

Noisy. There was regular rumblings. Felt like minor earthquake. Woke me up several times during the night. Location is fantastic. Right in heart of every thing. Room was renovated and clean.

Kind and friendly people. Communication was great.
