Breakfast items were good to satisfy all age groups.

Wash basin was broken , breakfast was served in room with very less items and in very poor form instead of buffet

A small simple hotel in a good location with excellent prices.The rooms were clean and quite with very convenient location. There are other hotels near by with higher star rating where a good option for foods is available.

Room are large and spotless. Staff is very helpful.

Cold showers, damp rooms, drilling noises throughout day. Minimum staff so they are certainly stretched in both cleaning rooms and during breakfast service. Certainly wouldn’t stay again!

Very good hotel to stay with family..

I liked that the staff were available each time when I required something. I didn’t like how my cancellation was dealt with. I had initially booked hotel for 2 days but ended up staying less than 8 hours but had to pay for the entire duration. Cleaning staff opened my luggage which was alarming.

Everything about the room that I booked was great, except for the fact that the room did not have a hair dryer. Little things go a long way, therefore I do suggest that the hotel perhaps consider providing each room with a built in hair dryer.

Good hotel, staff is very very helpful, however there is room for improvement, i.e. shower area didn’t have curtain that gave us wet slippery floor in the other area of bathroom, bit annoying. Location of the hotel is good.
