Sketchy parking lot Not a great check in experience Room was great

Awesome suite. Nice layout.

Room was not available upon check-in. Multiple broken items in room, including door to the bathroom, one tv that wouldn’t work. The room keys also quit working a few hours after check in. Otherwise, the property itself was great. Seems to be management and maintenance problems.

It’s in a nice area close to casino shopping and dining .

overall the place was ok, the location was ideal and it was close to retail and local restaurants. The room was ok with a small kitchenette. It was room dated but again it served our purpose for the weekend.

Staff was kind and courteous. Great location, 3 min from the casino.

Convenient and Clean

I’ve never been to LC & decided to do an overnight trip to celebrate my birthday. For starters it was easy to find and I loved the ease of the parking. When I walked in (forgive me I’m bad w names) there was a young white guy and a chocolate blk lady who were just divine. Immediately greeted me warmly, asked where I was from etc far cry from my last hotel stay in Galveston. The room was awesome I wish I could’ve stayed longer super cozy, the bed was comfy and they had cable. Streaming would DEF be an upgrade and the shower isn’t very hot. Other than that you have a mini kitchen, utensils, perfect for a family staying a few days. I stayed here to visit GN casino and La and I checked both out and they were nice but I don’t need to stay there. I smoke and couldn’t stand smelling it everywhere lol. Lots of dogs, super busy it felt nice to leave the casinos and relax back at the hotel. I didn’t have time to check out the pool :( Ok my only critique would be the checkout it took a min to confirm my balance and they weren’t as up to snuff as the check in crew which usually I would’ve prob been annoyed but I had such a good stay I let it go. I def plan to stay here anytime I’m in Lake Charles.

The property staff are wonderful!! The morning breakfast was delicious and always kept stocked so you could eat fresh food. Love the breakfast as good as Hampton inn

Perfect for our quick couples getaway. We loved that we had a nice refrigerator and a kitchen area. We enjoyed our chilled wine in the nice wine glasses provided. We will definitely stay again.
