I would not recommend this hotel. During my stay, I found visible mold in the showers, which is unacceptable for any property claiming to provide a clean and safe environment. Mold poses serious health concerns, and it shows a lack of proper maintenance and care for guests. For the price, basic cleanliness should be the minimum standard. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue immediately, but based on my experience, I would not return.

WOW! Pet-friendly! We got a studio room for 4 people and it was just enough! Service is amazing and room quality is amazing! Anytime we're going to a concert at the amphitheater we will definitely book here again! :) Shoutout to the crew that helped us out with our pet ! We apperciate you so much! Nice property. Serious ant problem that they are aware of. Kitchen, bathroom, living room area, all crawling with ants as soon as we walked in. All they did was acknowledge and apologize. Considering the prices, I expected a little more.

Thus was probably the best and cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at. Perfect location for upscale shopping. We enjoyed our visit. Rooms are spacious. Kitchen was a wonderful addition with fridge, microwave and dishwasher. High recommend. Safe and upscale area in Chula Vista.

I highly recommend staying at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Chula Vista. The hotel is very nice and clean, with a friendly and customer service-oriented staff. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, offering plenty of options for the whole family. The hotel was quiet, and there were TVs everywhere for convenience. My kids especially enjoyed the pool, and we had a blast playing basketball. The on-site convenience store was fully stocked with a wide variety of items, which was a big plus. Oh, and did I mention the gym and laundry room? Both are clean and well-maintained—very nice to have during a longer stay. I honestly have zero complaints, and I consider myself a tough reviewer! 😊
